Not all offers are available with all releases. The Digital Comic Book and Marvel Poster Offers are available on all Blu-ray and DVD releases. The Digital Copy download is available only with specially marked packages. The music download is available only with the 3-Disc (3D, BD, DVD, Digital Copy+) release.

If you return your shipment within 60 days of shipment date, we will refund any money you may have sent including applicable shipping and processing costs and sales tax, as part of our Satisfaction Guarantee. You may also return for replacement shipment items that are damaged or defective, within 21 days with written notice informing us of the issue. We will promptly exchange and re-ship at our expense upon receipt of damaged or incorrect merchandise. Claims for non-delivery must be made to us within 21 days of the shipment date. A pre-authorization occurs at the time of the order and typically falls off within 5-7 business days, depending on the policies of your financial institution. The authorization occurs when your order is shipped.
If more than one authorization is listed for your transaction, then it is most likely a pre-authorization that has not yet fallen off of your account history. We would like to assure you that we have only charged you once for your order.
